In a near-future dystopia where power and/or money dictate how much rationed health care you receive, overworked Dr Rosa Scott aka Surgeon X aids those she deems worthy and who need medical care, but have neither money or power.
It's a dangerous thing to do when the government holds tight control over everything medical, but she's clever and audacious.
Unfortunately, her extremely-vital tech support (aka her genius, but unstable, brother Lewis) is going off the rails...
I'd say the "insanity" is just beginning, but that's just me!
We'll return to the world of Surgeon X in March.
